First, I would like to explain why this publication of the DKGNA Newsletter and the one in May were not sent on the 1st of the month. In both cases we had tests taking place the next week and wanted to include the results from those events.
As of this writing we have wrapped up the spring testing season and are looking forward to resuming testing in the fall. The DKGNA has a busy schedule:

  • On September 24th and 25th, will be holding a Solms/AZP/ Zuchtschau at Wasatch Wing and Clay, in Cedar Fort, UT. This event will be taking place during the DKGNA Annual Meeting. Josh Morris will be the Test Coordinator and can be reached at 801-472-8009 or by email at joshmo32@hotmail.com.
  • October 1st, 2nd and 3rd in Walla Walla, WA, we will host a VGP/Solms/AZP/Zuchtschau. Frank O’Leary is the Test Coordinator and can be reached at 509-520-7483 or via email at foleary7@gmail.com.
  • In Frisco City, AL, we will host an HZP on October 8th. A Solms/AZP/Zuchtschau will be held on October 9th, and October 10th an AZP/Solms will be held. The Test Coordinator is Tyler Silcox and can be reached at 251-564-6613 or by email at himmelfallendDK@gmail.com.
  • October 23rd, we are in Northern California for a Solms/AZP/Zuchtschau. Sal Orona and Mark Peasley will be the Test Coordinators and can be reached at 408-234-4507 or by email at markpeasley@yahoo.com.
  • November 4th and 5th we are in Demoplis, AL for a HZP on the 4th and the 5th Solms/AZP/Zuchtschau. The Test Coordinator is Tyler Silcox and can be reached at 251-564-6613 or by email at himmelfallendDK@gmail.com.
  • November 5th, 6th, and 7th we are back in Walla Walla, WA for a Solms/AZP/VGPVGP. Frank O’Leary is the Test Coordinator and can be reached at 509-520-7483 or via email at foleary7@gmail.com.
  • A VGP will take place on November 6th and 7th, in Demoplis, AL. The Test Coordinator is Tyler Silcox and can be reached at 251-564-6613 or by email at himmelfallendDK@gmail.com.

Additional tests may be added, and the schedule will be updated.

The 2021 DKGNA Raffle is off to a great start. As of this publication more than 25% of the tickets have already been sold. See details of the raffle here.

The DKGNA Annual Meeting Committee has been hard at work and there is an article in this publication with details. We hope you and your families are in good health and your training for the fall test is progressing!
